JHub are delighted to partner with the Association of Chairs and ACEVO to host their popular course ‘Dynamic Duo’, a course designed to help Chairs and CEO’s explore how to work together and strengthen their relationships.
When the relationship between Chair and Chief Executive is strong – they are a ‘dynamic duo’ – both adding value to the organisation. This event will explore how to balance the roles between the Chair and the Chief Executive and how to bring out the best in each other.
This full-day course will look at the Chief Executive/Chair relationship from both perspectives, offer practical insights into how to work together and will provide you with a framework for thinking about the relationship. It will also include an interview with a Chair and CEO that will explore the relationship in practice and is an opportunity for you to hear from and share ideas with your peers.
Topics that will be covered include:
- What does the relationship look like when it works well?
- Practical realities and experiences from Chairs and CEO’s
- How to establish and develop a supportive culture
The workshop provides a rare opportunity for Chair’s and CEO’s to take some time out together to reflect on your relationship and take stock of your organisation. Therefore we particularly recommend that you come as a pair.
This session is open to invited attendees only.
